Self Portrait (2023)

I modeled this piece after a photograph of myself in the Harvard Art Museum. I took influence from medieval portraits of saints that I observed in various museums throughout Boston. A common theme in my works is the mergence of realism with surrealism, and this portrait is a realistic depiction of myself but includes imagination-oriented components.
